All shipments are sent via DHL (Germany) or Hermes.<\/p><p>If you would still like to place an order outside of Europe, please contact us directly via email at hallo@bockauf.studio or via direct message on Instagram and let us know which products you would like to order and to which country they should be shipped. We will get back to you as soon as possible.<\/p><p><strong>Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/p><p>Shipping costs consist of the applicable DHL \/ Hermes shipping rates as well as a packaging fee. There is no minimum order value.<\/p><p><strong>Processing &amp; Shipping<\/strong><\/p><p>As we are a small team, ceramic orders are shipped once a week, while print orders are shipped every two weeks due to production times. This applies from Monday to Friday.<\/p><p>Your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping by us. Afterwards, the parcel will be handed over to our logistics partner DHL or Hermes.<\/p><p><strong>Estimated Delivery Times<\/strong><\/p><p>Please note that the following delivery times refer only to shipping time after handover to DHL \/ Hermes and do not include processing time.<\/p><ul><li class=\\\"_Default\\\">Within Germany: approx. 1\\u20133 business days<\/li><li class=\\\"_Default\\\">Within Europe: approx. 2\\u20135 business days<\/li><li class=\\\"_Default\\\">Worldwide: approx. 7\\u201311 business day<\/li><\/ul><p>Delivery times are based on the standards of DHL Germany \/ Hermes and may be affected by factors such as peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) or extreme weather conditions.<\/p><p><strong>Combined Deliveries<\/strong><\/p><p>If an order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest shipping time.<\/p><p><strong>Liability for Transport Damage<\/strong><\/p><p>If one or more products are damaged during transport, we are liable for the damage provided that you submit confirmation from the shipping service provider. Please note that we are not liable for damage occurring after the package has been opened.<\/p><p><strong>Delivery Attempts &amp; Parcel Collection<\/strong><\/p><p>If personal delivery is not possible, DHL \/ Hermes will either:<\/p><h1 class=\\\"_Default\\\">attempt redelivery, orleave the parcel with a neighbor or at a nearby DHL\/Hermes parcel shop.<\/h1><p>The parcel can be collected within 7 business days. If it is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. Additional costs may arise in this case.<\/p><p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p><p>Once the parcel has been handed over to DHL \/ Hermes, we no longer have any influence over delays that may occur during transport.
