Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.<\/p>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/p>

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.<\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>

Effects of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p>

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.<\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader\\u2019s control.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>

Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal is also excluded for contracts concerning the sale of tickets for scheduled leisure events.<\/p>
